Can I sue my employer for lost wages?

I was in an accident about 3 to 4 months ago. I was out of work for a month and two weeks never revived lost wages and the insurance. Company keeps putting me off.

If you were injured on the job (i.e. acting within the course and scope of your employment) you should file a workers comp claim to collect lost wages and other damages as well. If you were not on the job when you were injured, you need to contact a qualified injury attorney to pursue a personal injury action on your behalf to collect not only lost wages, but also medical expenses, pain and suffering, out of pocket expenses, and much more.
