Do I have a lawsuit if the airbags did not deploy in my auto accident?

I was driving my SUV and hit a tree head on driver’s front end and side door took full impact. Airbags did not deploy. Broke my left leg in four places and broke right hand in two several other lacerations and pulmonary contusions.

Airbag cases are quite technical. You'll need experts to determine whether the airbag should have deployed. From the description of the damage, it may be a tough case to prove. Second, the injuries you related could easily have occurred even if the airbag had deployed, and you need to be aware that airbags themselves can cause injuries when they deploy.
