How can I obtain recorded statements from a car insurance company?

I am suing someone for damage to my car from a car accident that they caused . I would like to know how I go about obtaining the recorded statements from car insurance company, that the person I am suing gave and that I gave as well.

In all likelihood, since you didn't request that reciprocal statements be provided to both sides, the insurance company probably won't release them voluntarily, i.e. you'll be required to subpoena for them, if and when a law suit is filed.
