What can I do if my insurance wont help me pay personal injury bills?

I was in a car accident May 31st at 2:30 pm. I moved 3 times in the month of May and did not get my bill. My insurance company was closed during this past weekend, the only way I can pay my bill is via over the phone and the call center was closed. And I called again on Monday. And again closed on Tuesday. I was involved in a car accident and I paid my bill right after. My insurance was elapsed from 12:01 am from May 31st to 3:20 pm the same day. I was hit on my driver's side door and front finder. My insurance won't help me, they said I have to pay all damages and medical. What can I do?

Regarding your car accident were you the at fault driver of the accident? If so then you need to resolve your issue with your insurance company to be able to get coverage. You should probably review your insurance policy regarding what responsibility you have of advising them when you change your address. Also, your policy should address the issue of when your policy lapses in coverage. If, however, another driver was the at fault driver then your cause of action is against the at fault driver's insurance company.
